If you want a luxury eco-adventure vacation, Four Seasons Resorts Maldives has you covered. The brand’s floating resort, Four Seasons Explorer, will sail to some of the best diving destinations in the bountiful waters of the Indian Ocean, complete with gourmet meals, spa treatments, water sports and island tours. You can choose from the two seasonal cruise itineraries – ‘Summer of Mantas’ and ‘Winter of Wonders’ on 3, 4 and 7-night all-inclusive itineraries, available for up to 22 guests at a time on the 39-meter (128 feet), three-deck vessel.
From now until May 29, 2022 (and again from October 31 to December 18, 2022), Winter of Wonders cruises include visits to five atolls, from coral-ceiled caves to camera-happy sharks, tunnels swimming to a fish-filled wreck. Winter of Wonders cruises sail between Four Seasons’ two Maldivian hotels on a 3, 4 and 7-night itinerary, departing from Kuda Huraa on Mondays and Landaa Giraavaru on Thursdays.
From June 27 to October 31, 2022, itineraries change for Summer of Mantas, in line with the huge seasonal aggregations of manta rays and whale sharks that come to the area to feed. Get up close to the world’s largest known population of manta rays alongside the Manta Trust team dedicated to their study on an epic gentle odyssey through Baa Atoll (a biosphere reserve in the UNESCO) and Rasdhoo, North and South Ari Atolls. Summer of Mantas cruises depart and return to Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru on a 3, 4 and 7 night itinerary.
